Tribal gaming: compact ratification
California ratifies the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians’ amended tribal-state gaming compact.
The amendment takes effect immediately under state law, supporting the tribe’s gaming-related economic development and self-sufficiency. It also limits CEQA review for specified compact-related agreements and on-reservation compliance.
