• Directs the Office of the Federal Register and Government Publishing Office to modernize systems, remove unnecessary bureaucracy, and reduce publication delays.
• Requires a report to the Office of Management and Budget within 15 days on average publication times by document category.
• Requires a review of Federal Register publication fees within 45 days and steps to align them with actual costs and efficiency gains.
• Requires reports comparing any proposed fee schedule with the prior schedule and tracking publication times from July 15 through August 15, 2025.
