Further Exclusions From The Federal Labor-management Relations Program

Employees in the designated agencies and units can be excluded from the federal collective-bargaining framework because their work is deemed primarily tied to intelligence, investigations, or national security.

• Exempts specified hydropower units within the Bureau of Reclamation.
• Exempts the International Trade Administration and the patent commissioner's office and subordinate units.
• Exempts the National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service and the National Weather Service.
• Exempts the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the United States Agency for Global Media.
• Preserves qualifying exclusion orders issued by the Secretaries of Defense and Veterans Affairs within 15 days of this order.
